🧭 Role Overview

Title: Technical Adoption Manager

Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (5 PM–2 AM or 6 PM–3 AM IST)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and usage across assigned accounts to maximize customer ROI
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deploy engagement strategies
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, account managers, and customers
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to improve satisfaction and retention
• Monitor usage data and trends; develop insights to identify risks or opportunities
• Communicate product updates, features, and best practices
• Coordinate across teams like Support, Delivery, Onboarding, and Integrations to deliver a unified customer experience
• Capture and relay customer feedback to influence product enhancements
• Create scalable playbooks and programs for ongoing product adoption

✅ Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering (preferably in B2B SaaS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience with data-driven strategy, CRMs, customer success platforms, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Ability to independently manage customer relationships and drive measurable results
• Familiarity with Agile, product management concepts, or business education (bonus)
• Comfort working night shifts (aligned to U.S. business hours)
