🧭 Position Overview

Title: Senior IT Procurement Manager

Location: Bethesda, Maryland (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $106,400 – $146,300 USD
• Additional: Bonus, equity, and benefits

🎯 Core Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full IT procurement lifecycle: intake → review → approval → onboarding
• Lead negotiations on contracts, renewals, and change orders
• Partner with internal stakeholders on RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Define deal objectives and negotiation strategies aligned with business needs
• Handle financial processes like vendor payments and invoice reviews
• Track and report procurement metrics and vendor compliance
• Act as SME on procurement, vendor relations, and contract governance
• Resolve contractual disputes and support supplier performance reviews

✅ Required Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS (MBA preferred)
• Experience:
• 5–7 years in IT procurement, sourcing, or contract administration
• 3+ years negotiating IT services and SaaS/cloud agreements
• Global vendor experience is a plus
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost benchmarking
• Knowledge of SLAs, contract lifecycle management, and spend analysis
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
