Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant at IBM, you will:

• Design and Deliver Salesforce Solutions
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to develop and implement tailored Salesforce CRM solutions that enhance productivity and meet strategic business goals.
• Lead Functional Discussions
• Guide clients through business process reviews, translate needs into technical specifications, and design system architectures aligned with best practices.
• Promote Salesforce Best Practices
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, streamline workflows, and support the adoption of consistent methodologies across project teams.
• Bridge Business and Tech
• Serve as a trusted advisor by combining industry insight with Salesforce capabilities to solve complex client challenges and optimize operations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration or consulting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Background in IT or related education
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in a similar role (IT Consultant) is a plus

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Salesforce Certification or Professional Accreditation (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)

Preferred Education

🎓 Master's Degree (preferred, not required)
