Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Salesforce CRM Implementation
• Support clients in designing, building, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM applications.
• Collaborative Solution Architecture
• Work closely with consultants and client teams to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Custom Development & Integration
• Develop custom features using Apex Code, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Contribute to API-based integrations and data migration using Data Loader Tool.
• Learning & Growth
• Leverage IBM’s technical and leadership training programs to deepen your Salesforce expertise and explore new development opportunities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration and administration
• Hands-on experience with Apex Code and Visualforce
• Experience using Data Loader Tool for data import/export
• Ability to communicate in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Knowledge of CRM systems and client relationship strategies
• Experience with Eclipse/Force.com IDE
• JLPT N1–N5 certification
