Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations related to sanctions and counter-terrorist financing (CTF)
• Coordinate with compliance, product, and tech teams to identify root causes of incidents
• Oversee process improvements, operational controls, and change management
• Ensure compliance with sanctions guidelines and global policies
• Conduct risk rule testing, tuning, and UAT for system changes

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in crypto sanctions, monitoring, or investigations
• Proficient with tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM
• Strong analytical and compliance background
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple tasks
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Sound business judgment in decision-making
