Position: Sanctions & CTF Investigator
Location: Remote (Dublin-based)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations related to sanctions and counter-terrorist financing (CTF)
- Coordinate with compliance, product, and tech teams to identify root causes of incidents
- Oversee process improvements, operational controls, and change management
- Ensure compliance with sanctions guidelines and global policies
- Conduct risk rule testing, tuning, and UAT for system changes
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in crypto sanctions, monitoring, or investigations
- Proficient with tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM
- Strong analytical and compliance background
- Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple tasks
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Sound business judgment in decision-making
