🛠️ Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on QA/SDET role, you'll support the integration testing of Binance's high-performance backend systems, focusing on:

• Designing and scripting automated integration test cases using Python
• Collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure new features are QA-approved for production
• Executing root cause analysis and supporting rapid issue resolution
• Improving and expanding an existing Python-based integration testing framework
• Integrating tests into CI pipelines and maintaining test coverage
• Continuously improving test coverage, reporting, and automation effectiveness

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend QA experience, preferably in automation-heavy environments
• Strong with Linux/Unix systems
• Excellent scripting skills in Python and Bash
• Experience testing RESTful APIs, microservices, or distributed systems
• Ability to both break things and explain why they're broken (analytical mindset)
• Fluent English communication for cross-team collaboration

➕ Nice to Have

• Developer background or ability to debug at the code level
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, or other backend services common in distributed financial platforms
• Interest or background in blockchain or crypto
