Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Layer 1 blockchains with custom consensus mechanisms
• Develop and optimize smart contracts in Solidity, Vyper, Rust, or Go
• Collaborate with teams to define technical requirements and business goals
• Stay updated on blockchain innovations and industry best practices
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability through audits and reviews
• Document code, project details, and operational procedures

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Layer 1 blockchain development
• Expertise in PoS (Ethereum) and PoW (Bittensor) consensus mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with Substrate and EVM clients
• Proficiency in Solidity, Vyper, Rust, or Go
• Strong understanding of cryptography, DApp development, and blockchain security
• Experience with cross-chain mechanisms & Trustless IBC-compatible modules
• Bonus: Experience with upgradable smart contracts, cloud & GPU systems (AWS, GCP), and tools like CUDA, PyTorch, Docker
