Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth across key regions, particularly LATAM and Europe, by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates.
• Lead the launch of new partnerships and product features, enhancing market awareness through various digital marketing channels.
• Identify regional growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies to meet key business goals.
• Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing in payments, technology, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Experience with financial product growth in LATAM or Europe, or another major region.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to coordinate with international partners.
• Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
