🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive user growth for fiat on/off-ramp products like P2P, local agents, and fiat channels
• Design and localize growth strategies by region
• Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, offline, referral programs, etc.)
• Analyze user behavior across the conversion funnel to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Product, BD, and Payment teams to integrate local payment systems

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on growth or marketing operations experience
• Proven track record in performance-driven user acquisition
• Deep understanding of fiat payment systems and crypto/fiat exchange mechanisms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (especially with risk, AML, compliance)
• Fluent in English
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
