About the Role:

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Executive Office and help create visually engaging branding, diagrams, and presentations. The goal is to translate the founder’s vision for Chainlink into compelling visuals. This role will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams, including the founder Sergey, ensuring all internal and external presentations are on-brand and meet the audience's needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, storytelling, and creating impactful presentations in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact:

• Design Complex Diagrams: Reflect concepts from the founder, internal teams, or other executives, offering multiple creative options and iterating for technical accuracy and clarity.
• Create Stunning Presentations: Design visually stunning Google Slides and Keynote templates with a focus on blockchain technology, ensuring high-quality design elements with vivid detail and animation.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues to contribute ideas on presentation goals, strategy, and design concepts while aligning with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Multiple Projects: Self-manage and execute various design projects, meeting deadlines.
• Follow Brand Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay Updated: Continuously improve creative software skills and trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 8+ years of graphic design or presentation design experience.
• Portfolio: A demonstrated portfolio of technical and/or process diagrams and impactful presentations.
• Design Skills: Expertise in motion design and/or UX design.
• Storytelling: Passion for translating complex technical processes into beautiful, easy-to-understand visual stories.
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Infographics: Experience in designing clear, concise, and visually appealing infographics.
• Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail across various media platforms.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Travel: Occasional international travel.
• Blockchain Experience: Interest in blockchain (familiarity with Chainlink is a plus).

Preferred Requirements:

• Remote Team Experience: Experience working on a remote, cross-functional design team.
• Branding Expertise: Understanding of branding and company identity with experience in developing and enforcing style guidelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with senior stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize needs, and manage expectations.

• This is a remote-based position, and you are expected to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
