Job Overview:

ZoomInfo is hiring a Senior IT Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end IT sourcing and contract management processes. This role will focus on strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, compliance, spend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and tech teams. You’ll play a key role in optimizing IT vendor relationships, ensuring value-driven procurement decisions, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full procurement lifecycle: intake, reviews, approvals, execution, onboarding
• Prepare, review, and manage IT contracts, renewals, and terminations
• Run RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; develop negotiation strategies and lead vendor negotiations
• Ensure financial and contract compliance, payment processing, and vendor governance
• Act as liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor SLA performance, vendor KPIs, and ensure contract compliance
• Serve as SME on procurement policies and vendor management best practices
• Maintain procurement metrics, reporting, and process documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, and contract management experience
• Minimum 3 years focused on IT procurement, especially SaaS/IaaS/cloud agreements
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with global vendor sourcing and pricing benchmarks
• Highly organized, with ability to handle shifting priorities and complex vendor contracts
• Proficiency in contract administration and financial/spend analysis techniques

• Experience with vendor governance, SLA enforcement, and dispute resolution
• Expertise in contract lifecycle tools and financial systems
• Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
