Senior Manager Developer Relations (f/m)

Ledger, a global leader in digital asset security, is seeking a Head of Developer Relations to join their mission of making the world of digital assets accessible and secure. With over 25% of the world’s crypto assets secured through Ledger Nanos, Ledger continues to develop products and services to empower individuals and companies to securely manage their crypto assets.

As the Head of Developer Relations, you will:

• Lead a global team of developer advocates to build a passionate technical community.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase developer engagement with Ledger Live.
• Oversee developer content, from blogs and newsletters to podcasts and product demos.
• Manage developer communication channels like Slack, Discord, and Reddit.
• Organize external hackathons and work closely with marketing and product teams.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Developer Relations or Community Management.
• Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to community building.
• Ability to think like a developer, with coding experience and an understanding of blockchain technologies.
