Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations (e.g., business, risk, compliance, tech support)
• Design and scale operational processes and workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and report to leadership
• Identify operational risks and ensure compliance
• Drive automation and process improvements
• Mentor junior team members
• Make key decisions on high-impact issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Operations, or related (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years in operations, strategy, or business management (preferably in fintech/payments)
• Experience building and scaling operations in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable with tools, data systems, and operational tech
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
