About the Role:

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Binance’s Options trading backend systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability. Own core backend components like order management, risk engine, pricing, and settlement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute backend product strategy for Options trading
• Manage order management, risk engine, pricing models, settlement systems
• Collaborate with engineers, quants, architects, DevOps on technical requirements
• Oversee product lifecycle: design, rollout, monitoring, optimization
• Analyze system metrics and trading behavior to identify improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Options and derivatives trading
• 4+ years product management experience in fintech, trading, or HFT systems
• Technical knowledge of trading backend architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• English fluency; Mandarin preferred
