This role is critical to our company's expansion and requires someone with expertise in technical hiring, the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and a knack for evaluating candidates for both technical and leadership roles. The position also offers potential for a long-term engagement that could involve handling broader HR management responsibilities.

Position Details:

• Full-time, contractor position (fixed salary)
• Duration: At least 3 months
• Location: Fully remote
• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle: Own the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding key roles, including:
• Data Engineer
• Data Analyst
• Chief Operating Officer
• Business Development Manager
• Sourcing and Engaging Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter/SN, job boards, and online referrals to source top-tier talent.
• Coding Challenges: Administer structured coding challenges using platforms like HackerRank or CoderPad.
• Evaluate Engineering Talent: Screen candidates based on their CV and assess their suitability for technical positions.
• Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor metrics like time-to-hire and candidate conversion rates to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Innovative Recruiting Techniques: Implement advanced recruiting tools such as ChatGPT and Notion-based applicant tracking systems.
• HR Responsibilities (if successful): The role may evolve into a long-term HR position, including managing performance reviews, training programs, and optimizing the organizational structure.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience hiring senior and C-level candidates.
• Technical Recruiting: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
• Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem, including familiarity with major players like Chainalysis, Nansen, Dune, and Flipsidecrypto.
• Engineering Recruitment: A track record of hiring engineers, including CV evaluation and screening interviews.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with dynamic priorities.
• Nice to Have: Experience conducting structured technical interviews and using tools like HackerRank, CoderPad, or CodeSignal.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with web3 developer communities (GitHub, Discord, Telegram) for sourcing passive candidates.
