Role Overview:

As a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer at Crypto.com, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions for various ventures and projects that are adjacent to the company’s core business. You’ll be responsible for automating operations, improving monitoring systems, and managing cloud infrastructure using IaC (Infrastructure as Code). This role involves a balance of hands-on technical work and leadership in building highly reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Tools for Monitoring: Create and improve tools for performance and application monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability.
• System Architecture Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and efficient systems.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure in an IaC manner using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Manage and improve the CI/CD pipeline for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Design and implement robust disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Automate Operations: Streamline operations and processes through automation.
• Problem-Solving: Communicate, escalate, and follow up as needed to solve critical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Experience in DevOps & AWS: Extensive experience with AWS services, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Building CI/CD Pipelines: Proven experience with large-scale enterprise applications, including monitoring and maintaining critical systems.
• Familiarity with Tools: Experience with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), RDS PostgreSQL, Redis, GitHub, Datadog, Sumologic, AWS ECS, CloudFront, Cloudflare, etc.
• Linux & Network Security: Strong background in Linux environments and VPC/Network Security.
• Coding Ability: Experience writing maintainable code.
• Technological Agility: Embrace modern AI tools to simplify and enhance daily tasks.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Interest in Technology and Finance: A strong desire to work in technology and/or financial environments.
