Job Title: SMB New Business Account Executive
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,820 - $79,860 + variable compensation
Role Overview
Drive ZoomInfo’s growth in the small business (SMB) market by independently prospecting, managing, and closing new business opportunities. Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet SMB customer needs, ensuring rapid pipeline development and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new SMB clients using various prospecting methods
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Understand client needs and present ZoomInfo products and services effectively
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure favorable deals
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Use Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software for pricing and proposals
- Forecast sales and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in prospecting and self-sourcing SMB sales opportunities
- Proven track record in high-volume, full-cycle sales targeting small businesses (<100 employees)
- Experience managing deals with ASP under $20,000 and short sales cycles (<2 weeks)
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
