Job Description: Social Media Manager - Europe at Binance

Location: Remote (Ljubljana, Ljubljana, Slovenia)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspective.
• Design, execute, and lead large community activation campaigns.
• Create and manage content strategies for priority global partnerships, such as CR7.
• Act as a key point of contact for business issue and crisis management, including fast and informed response, sentiment monitoring, and reporting.
• Work with the CS team to manage community response and sentiment.
• Oversee Binance's social accounts and contribute to creative ideas for general posts and campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams across product, design, content, and partnerships to promote the Binance brand.
• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Stay updated on crypto trends, sentiment, and Binance’s product offerings to tailor content for the community.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, community, content, or brand marketing.
• Proven experience with crisis management and working with executive leadership teams.
• Experience managing large integrated marketing campaigns and working with external agencies, partners, and talent.
• Demonstrable success in growing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, trends, and sentiment.
• Expertise in social media platforms, especially Twitter and TikTok.
• Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and results-oriented.
• Remote and start-up experience is a plus.
