Location: Remote (Athens, Attiki, Greece)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media standpoint.
• Design, execute, and lead large community activation campaigns.
• Manage content strategies for priority global partnerships, such as CR7.
• Act as a key point of contact for crisis management, ensuring fast and informed responses, sentiment monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the CS team for community management and sentiment maintenance.
• Oversee and manage Binance’s social media accounts end-to-end.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product, design, content, and partnerships, to enhance Binance’s brand presence.
• Bring social media closer to the community, with a crypto-native understanding and strong grasp of crypto culture.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for general posts and campaigns across platforms.
• Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Stay up to date with trends in the crypto market and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, community management, or brand marketing.
• Proven expertise in crisis management, working with executive leadership teams.
• Experience in executing large integrated marketing campaigns and working with external agencies and partners.
• Track record of success in growing social media accounts and managing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market and familiarity with Binance’s product suite.
• Expertise in content creation, particularly on platforms like Twitter and TikTok.
• Ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations, with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Remote and start-up experience is a plus.
