🧾 Role Overview

Coinbase is looking for a customer-centric support agent to join its global Social & Email Support team. You’ll handle inquiries via social media platforms and email, ensuring top-tier customer experience through empathy, investigation, and resolution.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Resolve customer issues via social media and email, using all available tools.
• Investigate root causes and provide first-contact resolutions whenever possible.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure they’re accurately documented.
• Set clear expectations, educate users, and add value during interactions.
• Be a strong team player and role model in performance and work ethic.

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer support, especially in tech, crypto, or financial services.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Experience in email and social media support (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable commuting to the office when required.

💡 Nice to Haves:

• Experience in compliance, fraud, account access, payments, or trust & safety.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Google Apps.
• 1+ year experience in social media-based customer support.
