🧩 About the Role

Join the CDNA Exchange Development team at Crypto.com as a Java Software Developer, helping to build high-performance, low-latency software for a regulated U.S. derivatives exchange (Nadex). You'll contribute to real-time systems, shaping cutting-edge financial technologies with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and compliance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications for high-volume, real-time exchange platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Analyze and debug complex Java applications, improving system performance and reliability.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployable systems with automated testing.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and ongoing system enhancement.
• Monitor and resolve production issues proactively.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, and relevant libraries.
• Strong knowledge of agile development, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Good grasp of networking or OS internals (Linux).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• A humble, improvement-driven attitude with openness to feedback and challenges.

🌟 Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and standards.
• Skills in SQL/database design, FIX protocol, or messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible.
