🧩 Role Summary

The Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps will join the Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team, which plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer agent efficiency and improving compliance processes through the development of applications and integrations that increase productivity and automation. The role involves working with high-traffic platforms, ensuring scalability, operational integrity, and creating seamless integrations with third-party vendors.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Build Scalable Applications: Create and maintain production services using Go to meet product and business needs.
• Architect Solutions: Design and build systems that address critical challenges while maintaining scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to turn technical visions into actionable roadmaps.
• Debug & Optimize: Address complex technical issues, improving performance, security, and deployment processes.
• Integrate Third-Party Services: Develop pipelines to seamlessly integrate with external vendors and technologies.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write high-quality, well-tested code that delivers customer value and meets engineering standards.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Work with technologies such as Kafka, MQ, and event-driven frameworks to ensure seamless data flow.
• AWS, Kubernetes & CI/CD: Leverage cloud and containerization tools (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes) and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve development cycles.

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on experience building production systems and working with service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) with the ability to build scalable services and integrations.
• Experience in third-party vendor integrations, managing API connections, and ensuring high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of building and managing event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, MQ).
• Experience with performance tuning, rate limiters, load balancing, caching, and circuit breakers.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding gRPC, GraphQL, and ETL concepts.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and operational integrity for production applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
