• Team: Agent Productivity Tools (APT)
• Supports Customer Experience (CX) and compliance functions
• Focus on AI/ML-enhanced tools for internal productivity

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack features with React, Golang, and cloud-native tools.
• Lead integration and evaluation of AI/ML platforms (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT).
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., security, product, data) on tooling and services.
• Deliver scalable, efficient apps supporting high throughput and complex workflows.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor peers on full-stack best practices, observability, deployment, and scaling.

✅ What They’re Looking For

🛠 Core Technical Skills

• 2+ years software engineering
• Golang + cloud (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, BuildKite)
• Frontend experience: React, JS, component-based frameworks
• AI/ML API integration experience
• Comfortable with vendor integrations

📈 Scalable System Experience

• High-traffic platform development
• Event-driven systems (Kafka/MQ)
• Strong fundamentals in rate limiting, load balancing, caching, etc.
• Backend protocols: gRPC, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL

💡 Nice-to-Haves

• Python or Ruby experience
• SaaS platform background
• OpenAI / LLM API integration (ChatGPT, embeddings, function calling, etc.)
