About the Role:
ZoomInfo is looking for a GTM Solutions Architect to join its team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between innovative solutions and customer business needs. You will engage directly with customers, understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities, and clearly communicating the business value and ROI of ZoomInfo’s offerings. Your expertise in consulting, solution discovery, and value communication will be key to driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Collaboration: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify business challenges, goals, and opportunities for ZoomInfo’s SaaS solutions.
- Solution Design: Act as the primary customer-facing representative for solution design and value assessments, ensuring alignment between customer needs and ZoomInfo’s offerings.
- ROI Assessments: Develop and present ROI assessments to quantify the financial impact of solutions on client operations using data-driven insights.
- Narrative Crafting: Deliver compelling narratives that articulate business value and strategic advantages of the solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Framework Development: Create and maintain a robust framework for discovery sessions and value proposals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
- Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and workshops to executive teams to ensure they understand the solution framework, value proposition, and ROI.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 7+ years in consulting, solution selling, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- ROI & Value Communication: Proven experience in ROI assessment and business value communication.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Presentation Skills: Track record of successfully engaging executive-level stakeholders with compelling presentations.
- Framework Development: Experience in developing tools or frameworks for value assessment and communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- SaaS Experience: 5+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role within SaaS or technology.
- ZoomInfo Experience: Familiarity with ZoomInfo products or comparable go-to-market platforms.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $112,000 - $154,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Additional compensation such as bonus, commission, equity, and benefits may apply.
