Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve daily operational trading issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met
• Analyze operational data to extract insights, define and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain high-efficiency operations with minimal supervision to support rapid business growth
• Promote risk-awareness and enhance operational governance and structure
• Propose effective solutions to address operational or project-related challenges
• Collaborate with other business units to optimize Spot trading outcomes
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and implementations
• Support and mentor junior team members in their development
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the team leader

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience, ideally in investment banking, the financial sector, or crypto
• Solid understanding of trading operations, including order books, liquidity, and reference data
• Strong data analysis skills and a logical, solutions-oriented mindset
• Critical thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fast learner, highly driven, and able to work cross-functionally across regions
