As a Senior UX Designer, you'll lead the design and development of tools that help advertisers build, manage, and scale their business with Amazon Ads. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and company leaders to tackle complex challenges, transforming ideas into real-world solutions in an evolving, innovative industry. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, drive design-led initiatives, and adapt to emerging technologies will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:
