Who We Are Looking For:

P2P.org is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong Web3 expertise to join the Labs team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ethereum-based networks, including Layer 2 technologies, and will work on cutting-edge solutions in the blockchain space.

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, provision, and manage infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps, adhering to company best practices.
• Security & Reliability: Proactively plan and implement necessary security updates and patches to ensure infrastructure reliability and safety.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in architectural discussions, technical presentations, and the review process to enhance system designs and practices.
• System Development: Collaborate on developing robust solutions for monitoring, alerting, logging, and network configurations tailored to specific operational needs.

Requirements:

• Web3 Experience: Proven experience as a node operator on Ethereum-based networks (a must).
• Linux Knowledge: Profound knowledge of Linux environments, both hardware configurations and software operations.
• IaC Expertise: Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with major cloud service providers like AWS and GCP, along with a solid understanding of their service offerings and management tools.
• Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in scripting and programming with Python and Golang.
• English Proficiency: B2+ level in English.
