Your Mission

As a Senior Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for owning, designing, and evolving Ripple’s endpoint management and client engineering infrastructure across multiple platforms. You will drive initiatives that enhance security, automation, and the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage MDM services for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
• Lead automation and tooling to improve IT and endpoint management efficiency.
• Drive endpoint security best practices in collaboration with Security and IT teams.
• Build helpdesk-focused tools to optimize internal IT operations.
• Oversee IT asset management and full device lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge through documentation and training.
• Balance security and end-user experience with empathy and technical rigor.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in endpoint management, automation, deployment, and security.
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, Linux, mobile platforms, MDM solutions, AWS, and TCP/IP networking.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Objective-C/Swift).
• Passion for crafting smooth, secure, and user-friendly IT experiences.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary Range (CA): $144,000 – $161,999 USD
