Job Summary:

Lead daily operations for Amazon Fresh, managing either a large site or multiple smaller sites. Oversee inbound/outbound processes, ensure customer metrics and cost targets are met, and maintain team safety and morale. Drive continuous improvements in delivery performance and support Area Manager duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end site operations daily
• Meet customer-facing metrics and cost goals
• Motivate, coach, and manage team performance
• Develop and implement training and development plans
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for delivery stations
• Act as a stand-in for Area Manager when required
• Manage day and night shifts

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate eager to work in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Strong execution and resourcefulness skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations
• Good people management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with ability to motivate team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Amazon systems or similar platforms
