About the Role:

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect specializing in Marketing Cloud to design and implement scalable, data-driven marketing solutions. This role focuses on Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Data Cloud, and Intelligence, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and optimization of customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Define technical architecture and integration strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical teams in configuring and deploying Marketing Cloud components.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations and data pipelines between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for Salesforce development.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, specifically Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Data Cloud, and Intelligence.
• Proficiency in cloud architecture, API integrations, data management, and automation.
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and configuration.
• Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, or Technical Architect (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
