Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager III

Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $74,200 – $116,600 + bonus/equity potential

Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of ZoomInfo’s data management solutions. Act as both a technical expert and project manager during implementation phases, working cross-functionally with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution deployment, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle technical implementation of ZoomInfo solutions into client systems, especially CRMs and Marketing Automation platforms
Act as technical consultant and project manager during onboarding and delivery
Drive standardization, improve delivery processes, and identify growth opportunities
Lead client-facing technical discussions on APIs, CRM workflows, OAuth, data orchestration, and hygiene
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate product defects when necessary
Document requirements, project plans, and technical processes
Collaborate with Sales, Client Support, Product, and Engineering teams
Deliver custom data management solutions aligned with client goals
Enable clients to derive maximum value from solutions through best practices

Qualifications

5+ years in technical implementation roles (preferably in SaaS or data platforms)
2+ years managing client-facing projects (onboarding, training, etc.)
Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, Dynamics)
Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
Background in technical advisory roles like Solution Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Technical Account Manager
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience with enterprise-level clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
