Job Overview

ZoomInfo is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to lead complex technical onboarding and integration of ZoomInfo’s products. This role involves deep collaboration with clients, internal teams, and junior staff to deliver successful implementations tailored to client goals. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor and problem-solver throughout the post-sale onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical implementations for ZoomInfo RevOS platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues with minimal supervision
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding
• Host webinars and Q&A sessions to educate and engage clients
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
• Document processes, best practices, and client requirements clearly
• Promote and participate in a strong internal feedback culture

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience in technical support, implementation, or onboarding within the SaaS industry
• Hands-on knowledge of ZoomInfo products, CRMs, and marketing automation tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously on complex, client-specific integrations
• CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
• Experience handling complex technical challenges and custom solutions
