Position Overview:

As the Director of Product Management for Growth, you will be a key driver of growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Bullish Group’s portfolio, which includes Bullish Exchange and CoinDesk. Your role will require a combination of entrepreneurial thinking and data-driven decision-making to explore new opportunities in the digital asset space. This is a leadership role where you will shape the product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful growth outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Vision:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop ambitious yet achievable growth objectives.
• Ensure that growth strategies integrate seamlessly across the portfolio (Bullish Exchange, CoinDesk Media, CoinDesk Indices, and CCData).

Roadmap Planning & Execution:

• Develop and prioritize a comprehensive growth roadmap that balances quick wins and long-term strategic goals.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure timely execution.

Experimentation & Optimization:

• Design and evaluate A/B tests to refine product funnels and optimize user engagement and retention.
• Leverage data analytics tools to identify user behavior patterns and improve product flows.

User Acquisition, Engagement & Retention:

• Identify and optimize acquisition channels such as SEO, paid media, influencer campaigns, and referral programs.
• Streamline onboarding and conversion flows to increase user satisfaction and engagement.

Product & Market Expansion:

• Research market expansion opportunities and develop strategies for partnerships or localized product offerings.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to propose innovative product initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit and mentor a team of product managers and growth specialists.
• Foster a culture of innovation, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to senior executives on growth strategies, challenges, and progress.
• Establish KPIs and track performance against growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on growth or user-facing products.
• Deep knowledge of crypto, digital assets, exchanges, trading platforms, and fintech.
• Strong familiarity with B2C and B2B strategies, especially in SaaS or subscription models.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau), SQL, and A/B testing.
• Proven track record of driving growth in high-paced tech or fintech environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience leading growth-focused product teams in digital asset exchanges.
• Expertise in blockchain technology, automated market makers (AMMs), and CEX/DEX.
• Strong passion for the digital asset industry and a proactive approach to staying updated on trends and developments.
