🧩 About the Role

Crypto.com’s Nadex team is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to build and maintain a greenfield test system for a regulated derivatives exchange. You’ll architect automated test solutions, contribute to functional and potentially load testing efforts, and work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure software reliability and performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based automated test solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to integrate test automation early in the SDLC.
• Analyze failures, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve test coverage.
• Create and maintain documentation for test processes and test cases.
• Implement integration with metrics to monitor test system health and effectiveness.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Java application development and/or automated testing.
• Solid knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, and relevant libraries.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive and open mindset.
