🛠️ Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize trading engine architecture

• Ensure high throughput, low latency, and scalability
• Support high-concurrency global trading needs

1. Performance tuning & optimization

• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks
• Optimize for millions of trading orders, high stability, and low-latency
• Meet high-frequency trading standards

1. Cross-department collaboration

• Work closely with product, development, and DevOps teams
• Ensure seamless integration of matching engine with other modules

1. Technical documentation & mentorship

• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Guide and support team members
• Raise overall architecture and development standards

✅ Requirements

• Experience in crypto exchanges, financial exchanges, or high-frequency trading systems
• Solid understanding of trading mechanisms and ability to design engines for crypto, futures, and unified accounts
• Expertise in:
• Distributed system architecture
• Concurrent programming
• System optimization under high concurrency and low-latency conditions
• Proficient in at least one high-performance language:
• e.g., C/C++, Go
• Capable of system-level programming
