Job Description

Amazon's Network Operation Center (NOC) oversees transportation execution across its global supply chain. The GSF – Central Operations (GSF-CO) team within NOC manages critical delivery operations for Amazon Fresh, SSD, Quick Commerce, and More Super/Hyper Market in India, Singapore, and MENA regions. This role supports real-time issue resolution, data analysis, and operational decision-making to maintain seamless deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations across partner stores to ensure order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders regarding delays, cancellations, or other disruptions.
• Escalate and follow up on operational issues until resolution.
• Pull and analyze data using Amazon tools to provide insights and visibility to stakeholders.
• Assess business impact of trends and make informed decisions.
• Operate under time constraints and manage multiple priorities.
• Provide real-time problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
• Work independently while coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations.
• Understanding of supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in basic and advanced Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
