• Support the implementation of workflows and process improvements
• Oversee project life cycles and ensure timely completion
• Monitor and troubleshoot wallet-related issues
• Analyze user issues and propose effective solutions
• Execute business demands and own implementation processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in operations, project management, or consulting
• Solid understanding of financial and blockchain trading systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
