Key Responsibilities:

5. Partnership Management:
6. Identify and manage relationships with potential partners to expand Bitgoro's reach.
7. Negotiation & Agreement Creation:
8. Negotiate and create partnership agreements that benefit both Bitgoro and its partners.
9. Lead Generation:
10. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads within the Web3 community.
11. Industry Representation:
12. Attend industry events to network, represent the company, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
13. Sales Strategy Collaboration:
14. Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
15. Sales Metrics Tracking:
16. Establish and monitor sales metrics to ensure team goals are being met.
17. Client Relationship Management:
18. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term success.
19. Upselling & Cross-selling:
20. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients.
21. Partnership Implementation:
22. Oversee the implementation of new partnerships, ensuring smooth execution.
23. Project Milestone Tracking:
24. Monitor project milestones to ensure alignment with company goals.
25. Reporting & Insights:

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Web3-related role.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Web3 and crypto ecosystem is essential.
• Strategy & Growth Mindset: Ability to identify and implement growth strategies.
• Analytical: Strong analytical skills to track performance and gain insights from data.
