Overview

Token Metrics is seeking a visionary marketing leader with deep expertise in Web3 and blockchain technology to lead marketing and communications strategy. This role will drive brand awareness, engage crypto communities, and articulate Token Metrics’ mission to decentralize finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a dynamic marketing strategy to boost brand and user growth.
• Lead innovative product marketing campaigns using data-driven growth hacking.
• Manage all corporate communications and public relations, including media relations and press releases.
• Develop and position a compelling brand identity within the crypto ecosystem.
• Grow and engage online crypto communities to build loyalty and advocacy.
• Oversee content creation, focusing on platforms like YouTube and Twitter/X to educate and engage users.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years marketing experience, 4+ years in leadership roles in crypto, fintech, or related tech fields.
• Proven record of impactful marketing strategies and successful crypto/SaaS product launches.
• Strong skills in corporate communications, PR, and media management.
• Expertise in community building and content strategy tailored to crypto audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related (Master’s or blockchain certifications preferred).
• Passion for and deep understanding of crypto/blockchain markets.
