The Role: Web3 Lead Frontend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and talented Lead Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in leading frontend engineering teams, with a strong background in building production-quality web applications using React/Next.js.

As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will lead and manage a team of frontend engineers, keeping up with the latest cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions that drive our growth.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading frontend teams, designing scalable codebases, and following best development practices.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and libraries with the potential for integration into our tech stack.
• Proficiency in Next.js, with experience using Tailwind or Chakra UI.
• Familiarity with Vercel and its serverless functions.
• Expertise in React hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo) and context API.
• Strong skills in state management using Zustand.
• Background in Web3.js or Ethers.js.
• Understanding of DeFi projects such as Compound, Uniswap, and similar ventures.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Vim/Emacs.
• Enthusiasm for Arch Linux.
• A passion for moving fast and delivering results.
