We are a fully remote team of 20+ specialists, working on exciting client accounts in major markets like NYC, Toronto, and Spain. We implement cutting-edge strategies that drive real impact.

What Will You Do?

As a Website Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the planning, development, and launch of multiple WordPress websites. You’ll ensure these websites meet client goals and industry standards, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, development, and launch of WordPress websites, ensuring all work aligns with client goals, industry standards, and quality expectations.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to define project objectives, provide timely updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve all work to ensure accessibility, adherence to SEO best practices, and high-quality output.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess workflows and processes to find opportunities for efficiency gains and enhanced project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience managing website development projects in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with WordPress development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate project needs and updates clearly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Timings:

• Ability to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am - 5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
