Job Description

Position: Client Service Representative

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: $34,776 – $53,480 annually


Role Overview:

Provide excellent customer service by managing client relationships, handling inquiries, processing legal documents, and supporting workflow to ensure smooth operations for corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Research, analyze, and process legal documents
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and electronic communication
  • Manage client portfolios and workflow to meet deadlines
  • Perform data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval
  • Navigate multiple databases accurately and quickly
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Identify and offer appropriate services to grow client business


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B customer service or administrative roles
  • Energetic, detail-oriented self-starter
  • Strong research, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eligible to work without sponsorship
