Job Description
Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $34,776 – $53,480 annually
Role Overview:
Provide excellent customer service by managing client relationships, handling inquiries, processing legal documents, and supporting workflow to ensure smooth operations for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Research, analyze, and process legal documents
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and electronic communication
- Manage client portfolios and workflow to meet deadlines
- Perform data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval
- Navigate multiple databases accurately and quickly
- Recommend process improvements
- Identify and offer appropriate services to grow client business
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B customer service or administrative roles
- Energetic, detail-oriented self-starter
- Strong research, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible to work without sponsorship
