Customer Success Agent II
Location: Singapore (Remote)
Type: Full-time
About the Role:
Provide world-class support to Coinbase’s high-value customers via phone, messaging, and email. Troubleshoot, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a seamless customer experience in the fast-paced crypto space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues across multiple channels
- Use critical thinking to find root causes and solve problems on first contact
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to reduce friction
- Collaborate internally to drive solutions and improve customer experience
- Stay updated on Coinbase products and crypto industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in customer support or service, preferably in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, crypto, staking, and related concepts
- Strong communication skills and passion for customer success
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed
Nice to Have:
- Experience with crypto exchanges, financial services, or fintech
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Google apps
Salary Range:
~ SGD 72,700 + bonus + benefits
