Position Overview
Role: Customer Success Manager III

Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $70,896 – $111,408 per year + bonus + benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Enterprise clients
- Drive product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Manage complex customer accounts, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead business reviews and strategic planning with clients
- Monitor usage data and proactively address adoption challenges
- Align internal resources to client objectives and product value realization
- Deliver clear, value-driven communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Gather and relay client feedback for product and service improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Sales
- 2+ years working with Enterprise-level accounts
- Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build executive-level relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience handling complex issues and navigating client expectations
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Winning by Design)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
