Job Title: Assistant Manager – Global Sales Enablement

Job Summary
This role supports global sales enablement by managing customer property setups, rebate alignment, and analytical reporting. It combines general sales support with data analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize trade management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Trade Management
- Set up and manage property and equipment ownership data
- Ensure accurate trade rebate distribution across all trade tiers (GPO, Management Company, Hotel Brand, Property)
- Maintain and update customer lists (HSM properties, Hilton via Avendra)
Reporting & Analytics
- Pull, analyze, and automate data for business trend identification
- Provide reporting and insights to Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Build dashboards using Power BI and Excel for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Category Management Team with data modeling and visualizations
- Create presentation-ready reports with tables, charts, and key business insights
Qualifications
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets
- Experienced with Power BI, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint
- Familiarity with IT systems: Star2, ERT, Micro Strategies (subject to change)
- Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
