Title: Customer Success Manager II

Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in office)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $53,760 – $84,480/year + bonus + benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and advocate for assigned customers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Drive product adoption, value realization, and customer retention
- Manage risk of churn and drive overall customer satisfaction
- Conduct business reviews, monitor product utilization, and communicate new features
- Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies with customer goals
- Capture and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales
- 2+ years of experience managing Mid-Market accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects and expectations effectively
- Familiarity with GTM processes and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Winning by Design)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
