Job Summary
This role supports the North America Beverage organization by managing Trade Promotion Management (TPM) planning models, analyzing trade spend, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting. The role involves working cross-functionally to align trade promotions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Promotion Management
- Build and maintain TPM planning models
- Enter on-ticket and off-ticket pricing adjustments into TPM and relevant systems
- Conduct CDA and trade spend reconciliation reviews
Forecasting & Reporting
- Ensure accurate customer sales forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Collect cross-functional insights for cause-of-change analysis
- Deliver data in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of reporting
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage expectations
- Contribute to inclusive, collaborative team environment
- Provide actionable insights to field teams and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance (Master's preferred)
- 3–5 years’ experience in Finance or Sales (FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with SAP/ERP, Business Objects, ERT
- Effective communicator across multiple formats (meetings, calls, presentations)
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and drive execution independently
- Strong change management and customer service orientation
