Position: Client Service Representative – Annual Reports
Location: Salem, OR (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary: Around $50,000/year

Role Overview:
Manage client relationships, process legal documents, handle inquiries, and improve workflows in the Annual Report Prep & File team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships and understand their needs
- Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents
- Respond to internal/external client inquiries by phone or electronically
- Manage client portfolios and organize workflows to meet deadlines
- Perform data entry and document filing/retrieval
- Navigate multiple databases efficiently
- Suggest process improvements
- Maintain and grow client business through excellent service
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B customer service or admin roles
- Detail-oriented with strong research and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Salesforce a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, team environments
- Eligible to work without sponsorship
