Position: Client Service Representative – Annual Reports

Location: Salem, OR (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Salary: Around $50,000/year

Role Overview:

Manage client relationships, process legal documents, handle inquiries, and improve workflows in the Annual Report Prep & File team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build client relationships and understand their needs
  • Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents
  • Respond to internal/external client inquiries by phone or electronically
  • Manage client portfolios and organize workflows to meet deadlines
  • Perform data entry and document filing/retrieval
  • Navigate multiple databases efficiently
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Maintain and grow client business through excellent service


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B customer service or admin roles
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Salesforce a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, team environments
  • Eligible to work without sponsorship
