Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (VIP) - Portuguese/English
Location: Remote (Based in or near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia preferred)

About the Role:
Binance is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support VIP, Institutional, and Affiliate clients. This role involves handling live chat inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across our products and services, including derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of live chats from VIP and institutional clients
- Address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Provide follow-up and ensure issue resolution
- Promote service excellence and VIP customer retention
- Report product issues and gather user feedback
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in crypto, finance, or e-commerce
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shift work, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with spot and derivatives trading is a plus
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to service excellence
