Job Summary

Tetra Pak is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager for its Business Stream Cheese. You will lead a global team, ensuring delivery of electrical designs, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering operations. This is a key leadership role, contributing to organizational KPIs, competence development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 8+ engineers
• Plan and deliver electrical design projects
• Ensure legal compliance with electrical standards
• Lead resource and competence planning
• Drive improvements in engineering tools and processes
• Collaborate with production, suppliers, and central teams globally
• Develop and implement functional strategies
• Represent BS Cheese in internal forums
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, with high quality
• Foster employee engagement and performance development

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience
• 5+ years of technical team leadership
• Experience with electrical design tools (E-Plan P8), IEC/EN standards, EU directives, and functional safety
• Strong knowledge of automation, cabinet design, cable and pneumatics systems
• Experience in food or industrial applications preferred
• Excellent English communication skills; Polish is a plus
• Familiarity with food plant automation and tendering processes
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
